Base dough 77.5% [Mix (Gluten-free WHEAT starch, corn starch, dextrose, buckwheat flour, psyllium seed fiber, rice starch, thickener: guar gum, flavoring), “Diana Superiore” spring water, lactose-free pizzeria food preparation “crema” (MILK whey, whole MILK powder, cow’s BUTTER, glucose syrup, acacia fiber), salt, brewer’s yeast], fine tomato pulp 22.5% (fine tomato pulp, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid E330), rice flour. The highlighted ingredients may cause reactions in allergic or intolerant individuals.
 Allergens: May contain traces of: nuts, mustard, eggs and derivatives, soy, lupin, sesame, and peanuts.
Fine tomato pulp 25.1% (fine tomato pulp, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid E330).
We recommend finishing the pizza by adding a drizzle of oil and some fresh basil.
